Brand Voice Guide: Consistent Copy Across 12-Person Team
A direct-to-consumer wellness brand had grown its team to 12 people, with seven of them producing content in some form. Every piece of content sounded like it came from a different company. We audited 140 content pieces, interviewed the founders and their three best customers, and produced a 60-page brand voice guide covering tone, vocabulary, narrative frameworks, and channel-specific examples for email, social, web, and ads.
