We aim to deliver copy that meets the brief as agreed at the point of purchase. The revision process is designed to ensure that outcome. However, if we fail to deliver work that meets the stated brief after all included revision rounds have been used, we will take steps to make it right.

Refunds are not issued in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, email support@kylecopywriter.com within 14 days of the final delivery with your order reference, the reason for the request, and details of how the delivery fails to meet the agreed brief. We will respond within 5 business days.
Where only part of a multi-deliverable order fails to meet the brief, a partial refund proportional to that component may be issued at our discretion.
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
