Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery

All services provided by kylecopywriter are delivered digitally. There are no physical shipments. Deliverables are sent as digital files (typically PDF, DOCX, and plain text formats) via email to the address provided at checkout.

2. When work begins

Work begins within 1-2 business days of receiving (a) payment confirmation from Stripe and (b) a completed project brief from the Client. If the brief is not received within 5 business days of payment, we will follow up via email. If no brief is received within 30 days of payment, the order may be subject to the cancellation terms in our Refund Policy.

3. Delivery timelines by service

• Website and Landing Page Copy: 5-8 business days from brief confirmation
• Email Sequences and Campaigns: 4-6 business days from brief confirmation
• Brand Voice and Messaging Guide: 7-10 business days from brief confirmation
• Paid Ad Copy: 3-4 business days from brief confirmation
• Long-form Articles and Content: 5-7 business days from brief confirmation
• Sales Pages and VSL Scripts: 8-12 business days from brief confirmation

The 48-hour Rush Delivery add-on reduces the first draft timeline to 48 hours from brief confirmation for eligible service types. Rush delivery is not available for Brand Voice guides or Sales Pages.

4. What is delivered

Each deliverable includes the final copy document in all relevant formats, any supplementary documents described in the service listing (such as rationale notes or meta descriptions), and revision-ready versions formatted for client feedback.

5. Delays

In the event of an unforeseen delay on our side, we will notify the Client within one business day of identifying the delay and provide a revised delivery estimate. Delays caused by incomplete briefs, slow feedback turnaround, or force majeure are not within our control and may affect timelines.
